This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shreveport, LA, for an Estimator/Pre-Construction Services professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing project budgets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely pre-construction services.
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and estimating technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other relevant fields is preferred
- Experience in specialty coatings or painting is an advantage
