Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Texarkana, TX, for an Estimator / Project Manager. The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for concrete construction projects, coordinating project schedules, and managing day-to-day activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additional duties include analyzing project requirements, liaising with clients and subcontractors, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimating, project planning, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project management processes
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective client and team interaction
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in concrete construction or a related field is a significant advantage
