POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position is fast-paced prescription processing in the Rx department. We are an essential business with caring, professional service to all our patients.
We are looking for an individual who is excited to join the team in our established family-owned pharmacy. This is a long-term position with a competitive salary based on experience. Company benefits for our full-time employees include:

What You'll Need:
- Texas State Board of Pharmacy Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Technician in Training license in good standing.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Technician in Training, preferably one(1) year.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a retail pharmacy, preferably one(1) year.
- Insurance Resolution experience, preferably one(1) year.
- Prescription processing with efficient computer skills and use of a robot, preferably one(1) year.
- Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while using professional judgement.
- Physical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Preferred: Non-sterile lab training
Pharmacy Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 6:15 pm
- Saturday 9am - 2pm (Rotation 1 -2 times monthly)
- Sunday: Closed
