We're looking for Quick Service or Fast Casual Restaurant General Managers to join our growing team in Washington DC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant location ($2.5M annually).
- Manage all aspects of the business including guest satisfaction, cost control, staffing, and profitability.
- Analyze and act on P&L statements to meet financial targets.
- Monitor and control Cost of Goods (COGs) and labor expenditures.
- Build and retain a high-performing team; reduce turnover through mentorship and team development.
- Motivate staff to deliver excellent service and exceed performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations — Serve Safe certification required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager in a Fast Casual or Quick Service Restaurant generating $2.5M in annual sales.
- Strong command of P&L management and COGs control.
- Proven track record of reducing turnover and developing team members.
- Serve Safe Certified – Required.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
