Site General Manager – C‐Store, Gas Station & QSR
Location: Williamsburg, Virginia Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually performance incentives
We’re a small franchise group seeking a hands-on, people-first Site General Manager to lead daily operations for our convenience store, gas station, and quick-service restaurant in Toano, VA. What You’ll Do
- Oversee all store, fuel, and QSR operations with full P&L responsibility
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment
- Maintain brand standards, food safety, and operational compliance
- Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cash controls
- Drive sales growth through merchandising, service, and community engagement
- Create schedules, manage labor, and optimize staffing
- Protect the business through safety, security, and loss prevention practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of management experience in C-store, QSR, retail, or fuel operations
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate teams
- Proven ability to manage operations, solve problems, and deliver results
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, family-owned environment with direct support
- Reliable, organized, and committed to operational excellence
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays
