We’re Looking For Leaders Who:
· Have Fast Casual Restaurant or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Restaurant management experience
· Bring hands-on leadership and a strong guest-service mindset (no clipboard managers here!)
· Know how to hire, train, and develop food service teams
· Demonstrate strong communication skills
· Can lead, inspire, and hold themselves and others accountable
· Preferably have no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
· Bonus points for scratch kitchen leadership experience
