Growing, high-energy fast casual concept seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations throughout the Pittsburgh market.
We are looking for a strong multi-unit operator who thrives in a people-focused culture, understands how to drive sales and profitability, and knows how to build and develop high-performing teams.
Compensation
• $90K–$100K Base Salary

What You’ll Do
• Lead operations across multiple restaurant locations with a GREAT brand and a growing company - advancement opportunities for those that are top performers in People, Sales and Profits.
• Recruit/Attract and onboard Talented GMs and AMs. Teach, Train, Develop and Coach General Managers and restaurant leadership teams
• Drive sales, profitability, staffing, and operational execution
• Ensure consistent guest experience and brand standards
• Analyze KPIs, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and team development
What We’re Looking For
• Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required - Heavy QSR or fast casual background
• Hands-on leadership style with strong people-development skills
• High-energy operator with strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to lead from the front and hold teams accountable - Inspire top performing results
