What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Martin Mechanical?
Job Description –
· Supervise and support HVAC technicians, installers and dispatch teams to ensure efficient workflow.
· Create and maintain accurate service work orders.
· Create internal POs as required.
· Clearly communicate appointment times, technician ETA, and service updates to customers.
· Assign technicians to jobs based on location, skillset, availability, and urgency.
· Coordinate with the parts and inventory team to ensure technicians have the materials required before dispatch.
· Coordinate with the service admin daily to ensure efficient workflow on scheduling.
· Stay up to date on customer information accuracy and update as needed.
· Billing and invoicing support on service projects, jobs, work orders and preventive maintenance contracts. Collaborate with the accounting department.
· Facilitate preventative maintenance contracts to ensure efficient workflow.
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
· Attend mandatory service meetings.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
