About Martin LLP
Martin LLP is a boutique corporate law firm with a growing practice in the New York metropolitan area. We are a focused team of highly experienced, senior lawyers from large international law firms who practice in a setting that enables us to deliver personalized, highly responsive client service.
We are a highly collaborative group with team members who support one another. Our matters are interesting and complex and we regularly act opposite the largest law firms in the country. Each of our attorneys focuses their practice in one of corporate/ M&A transactions, debt finance transactions, commercial litigation or commercial real estate transactions.
Our commercial real estate practice represents a wide array of clients in the financing, leasing, acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate. Our clients include operating companies, developers, investors and lenders.
Requirements:
- Strong Commercial Real Estate Experience: Extensive and focused experience leading sophisticated commercial real estate transactions described above.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit and Collaborative Approach: A desire to contribute to the growth and development of the firm, coupled with a collaborative approach to working with other partners and associates.
- Significant Portable Book of Business: Existing book of business plus, a demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients engaged in commercial real estate market.
