What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager (Care Coordinator) – Personal Injury position at Martin Law Firm, P.C.?
Case Manager (Care Coordinator) – Personal Injury At the Heart of It: You're a Care Coordinator
Personal injury case management is, fundamentally, about care. Our clients are often at their most vulnerable—dealing with pain, uncertainty, and a medical system that can feel overwhelming. As our Case Manager, you're not just managing files; you're helping people navigate back to their medical baseline and, ultimately, back to their lives.
At Martin Law, "care" means building genuine relationships with medical providers who share your passion for patient outcomes, coordinating care that actually serves the client's recovery, and being the steady, knowledgeable voice that clients can count on when everything else feels chaotic. The best case managers understand that behind every file is a person who needs an advocate who truly cares about their wellbeing—and that this care, when combined with legal expertise, is what transforms good cases into great outcomes.
We're Building Something That Lasts
We're not just building a team—we're building something that lasts. At Martin Law, we believe your most valuable investment isn't just your talent, it's your time. And time spent with people you genuinely want to work alongside, who share your vision for what's possible, creates something far more valuable than any individual achievement.
We're looking for people who don't just want a job, but want to be part of something tightly knit—where relationships run deeper than transactions, where Monday mornings feel different because you're genuinely excited about the people you'll spend your day with. If you're someone who believes the best work happens when talented people actually enjoy building something together, and you're drawn to the idea of investing your career in relationships that will outlast any single project—then we want to talk.
What We Offer
We offer a culture of inclusion, of helpfulness, and of achievement. We fight for our clients, and we support each other in that process. We empower our Case Managers with the authority to make great decisions, and we value the input of all our team members. We build relationships with our clients and one another.
