The Job:
- Manage the day-to-day service and retention of an assigned book of business
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all benefit-related needs
- Support and execute the renewal process in partnership with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives
- Coordinate with internal service teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of client work
- Conduct client meetings, needs analyses, and enrollment sessions
- Advise clients on cost management strategies and competitive benefit offerings
- Assist with compliance-related items, including 5500 filings as applicable
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through cross-selling additional services
- Stay informed on industry trends and proactively communicate updates to clients
