- Assist with policy reviews, endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, and client documentation
- Help maintain accurate client data within agency management systems such as Applied Epic
- Respond to client questions and provide timely, professional customer support
- Assist with billing inquiries, compliance documentation, and marketing support activities
- Learn commercial insurance coverages, carrier relationships, and account management best practices through hands-on mentorship and training
