The Job:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and their employees, handling day-to-day benefit-related questions and issues
- Assist with claims resolution, billing inquiries, ID cards, provider searches, and general plan education
- Respond to client and employee inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Support eligibility processing (new hires, terminations) and assist with carrier communications
- Run reports and maintain accurate records within benefits administration systems
- Assist with billing audits, census data, and renewal-related materials
- Track and document all client interactions and issue resolution within internal systems
- Partner with internal teams to ensure service deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
