This is a full-time hybrid role for a Counselor, with an office based in Katy, TX and opportunities for remote work. The Counselor will provide therapeutic support to clients, including conducting individual, family, and couples counseling sessions. Responsibilities include assessing clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans, documenting client progress, and collaborating with other professionals as needed. The role also involves managing a case load and maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in line with professional counseling practices.
- Experience with individual, family, and couples counseling techniques
- Strong expertise in behavioral health, emotional regulation, and relational dynamics
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in developing treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions
- Ability to maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
- Capability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with a team of professionals
- Fluency in English; Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with appropriate state licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
- Flexibility to work on-site in Katy, TX, with the possibility of remote work
