Essential Responsibilities
- Process and maintain warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
- Enter and verify inventory, receiving, and shipping information.
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating transportation activities.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse associates, and management regarding operational needs.
- Prepare and file paperwork related to warehouse operations.
- Support inventory control processes and cycle count documentation.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous clerical, administrative, warehouse office, or logistics experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
