Job Summary
Maintain a complete and system of all field jobs while supporting the field personnel with necessary compliance reports/paperwork. Experience with website is a plus! Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities and Dut
- Manages and maintains rental property
- Assists with job folders and vendor scheduling
- Manages Workman's Comp Insurance
- Maintains materials purchase list
- T&M billing, AIA Billing, certified payroll with vendors
- Handles correspondence: Responds to individuals needing written communication. Composes letters when requested by executive staff.
- Maintains office files: Keep all files in an orderly manner and prepare filing system directions for other users.
- Answers telephone and maintains an answering system.
- Maintains a positive attitude with clients.
- Assists new hires with completing new hire paperwork
- Assists with collections as directed.
- Purchases office supplies for company.
- Performs any other duties assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills
Educations and/or Experiences: High School Diploma; 2-4 years experience in related field. Accounting experience, Insurance and State Fee Tracking.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point; Experience with accounting software
