Associate Sales Representative - Metro Boston (Quality Beverage)
Description As an Associate Sales Representative, you\'ll be responsible
for expanding brand distribution and driving sales across the Quality
Beverage portfolio. You\'ll visit open accounts, provide backup support
for sales reps on vacation, and build strong relationships with clients
in your territory to deliver excellent customer service. This role
requires a mix of sales strategy, relationship management, and
collaboration with internal teams like merchandising and graphics to
grow sales through targeted marketing efforts. This position supports
the Metro Boston area of Massachusetts. Key Accountabilities: Build new
brands and expand distribution across Quality\'s product portfolio Visit
open accounts and cover sales routes when sales representatives are out
of the office or unavailable Build and maintain active and close
relationships with accounts in the assigned territory to provide the
highest level of customer service satisfaction Analyze customer needs
and create tailored solutions, following through to execution Attend
general sales meetings to stay informed on company initiatives and sales
targets Achieve sales and placement goals within your assigned territory
Collaborate with merchandising and graphics teams to optimize the use of
marketing materials and POS for maximum sales impact Perform other

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong passion for sales
Energetic and skilled at building relationships, with a drive to succeed
Beverage industry, restaurant, or retail experience is a plus Strong
time-management and communication abilities
Education/Training/Experience High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required
College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education
preferred Must have a valid Massachusetts driver\'s license,
registration, and reliable access to a car Physical Demands and
Environment: Regularly lift objects up to 25 pounds and up to 40 pounds
occasionally Expect to be on your feet a lot, either standing or walking
throughout the day Requires a good amount of mental focus to handle
complex tasks that need concentrated effort and attention to detail
Includes travel and facing various weather conditions when visiting
customers, prospects, or vendors Potential for accidents due to road
