WE’RE HIRING — CLAIMS SPECIALIST
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Claims Specialist with a strong understanding of trucking and commercial insurance claims.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle Auto Liability, Physical Damage & Cargo claims
Report new accidents/claims to insurance carriers
Collect police reports, photos, videos, driver statements & supporting documents
Communicate with adjusters, insurance agents, attorneys, drivers & third parties
Monitor open claims and follow up until resolution
Track repairs, towing, damages, deductibles & claim payments
Maintain accurate claim files and status reports
Review loss runs and verify open/closed claim status
Ensure all required documentation is collected before closing a claim
Requirements: Previous trucking claims experience, strong communication and follow-up skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple claims.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
