What are the responsibilities and job description for the People & Operations Coordinator position at Martha's Place?
About Us
Martha's Place LLC is a small, mission-driven organization providing individualized supported living services in the Liberty, Missouri area. We are in the early stages of growth and are intentionally building systems, culture, and processes that reflect our values of compassion, accountability, and excellence.
Because we are a small organization, our work is collaborative and dynamic. Roles are not rigidly defined, and team members often contribute across functions to support the mission. We value initiative, adaptability, and a heart for service just as much as experience.
About This Role
The People & Operations Coordinator is a flexible, evolving role that supports both human resources and day-to-day operational needs. This is not a traditional corporate HR position. Instead, it is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and helping build structure in a growing organization.
Responsibilities may shift over time based on organizational needs, growth, and the strengths of the person in the role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and who sees that as an opportunity—not a drawback.
