Dining Server - Part-timeBay Vista Commons, Bremerton WAGeneral Job DescriptionAt Bay Vista Commons, the part-time Dining Server will have the pleasure of interacting with our population through serving and assisting in the dining areas. This position offers opportunity for career growth and advancement as you will also train as a cook to support various diets and nutritional needs for those in our care and for those we intend to serve. This position will assist with kitchen care, meal planning and execution of service as directed. We are looking for:People who enjoy working with seniors People with exceptional customer service skillsMinimum 18 Years of age High School Diploma/GED Desire to learn and train for a cook’s position; training will be provided. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts Ability to multi-task in a team environment Ability to understand, implement and follow policies and procedures Reliable attendance for scheduled hours; willingness to be flexible in covering additional hours Wage: The wage scale offered for this position is from $18.00/hr. up to $21.03/hr. based off relatable experience as determined by the supervisorSchedule:Part-time - 3:30pm-7:30pm shift.
