Martek has been awarded several long-term Federal contracts to provide a wide range of real estate talent. Our team is seeking an Asset Management/Preventive Maintenance Specialist to join our team supporting the Department of Energy (DoE) with the required education and experience outlined below.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct comprehensive asset inventory (furniture, equipment, building systems)
- Tag, track, and manage asset data within a centralized system (e.g., CMMS)
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical)
- Coordinate with facilities and vendors for maintenance planning and execution
- Ensure assets are properly installed, tested, and operational post-move
- Support warranty tracking and lifecycle cost analysis
- Establish standard processes for ongoing asset management in the new building
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP, or asset management/CMMS certifications) preferred
