What are the responsibilities and job description for the Upcoming - Program Manager (CGL) - On site position at Martek Global Services Inc.?
Martek Global Services, Inc. (“Martek”) is working on a proposal with the United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) Acquisition Support Services in support of Military Communication (MilComm) & Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT). We are currently looking for a Program Manager with the required specialized training and experience outlined below.
Location: Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, CA
Performance Facility: Los Angeles Air Force Base
Clearance: Secret (“S”)
Responsibilities & Duties
The Program Manager (PM) will provide direction and oversight for the CGL organization, supporting project integration, functional management, and continuous performance improvement within the Space Systems Command framework.
- Serve as the CGL lead, providing management for all technical and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with other Program Managers, functional offices, and government stakeholders.
- Develop and submit required reports, plans, and program artifacts.
- Monitor contract deliverables, schedule, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and quality standards.
Job Qualifications:
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance required (TS/SCI preferred).
- 8 years of management experience in acquisition, logistics, or major Government/DoD programs.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise diverse technical and administrative teams.
