Assistant Professor - Electrical Engineering

Marshall University Biomedical and Electrical Engineering (BMEE) department invites applications for (2) 3-year Term nine-month, non-tenure teaching track faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. Candidates must be committed to contributing to an undergraduate-centered, pedagogically innovative, and modern Electrical and Computer Engineering degree program.Position Description:The faculty member in this position is required to teach lecture and laboratory courses within Electrical and Computer Engineering and related topics: supervise student projects; pursue professional development; engage in academic and career mentoring of students; assist in program assessment and execution of a continuous improvement plan; participate in university service; and engage in professional activities and organizations. The position is a 9-month appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor.Marshall University is a co-educational public university in Huntington, West Virginia, founded in 1837 and named after John Marshall, the fourth Chief Justice of the United States.
