Duties will include:Processing invoices and travel reimbursements for paymentReconciliation of purchasing card report and knowledge of purchasing policiesCoordinating travel for MAMC staffProcessing billings to MAMC clients and check depositsSupport of employment administration and human resource processes by posting open positions to PeopleAdmin and tracking applicants in the systemResponding to customers, clients and management concerning grant related activities.Other duties as assigned to support grant related activities.
