WH Smith North America is in the process of a multi-year business transformation to improve merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and core business systems. To support this effort, we are seeking a Transformation Delivery Coordinator to provide planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery support across workstreams.
This role is not a formal PMO leadership role. It is designed for a high-potential individual with strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and interest in business transformation, who will work closely with senior leaders, functional leads, and external partners while learning structured program delivery practices on the job.
Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40 - 50 hours per week
Pay: $68,000 – $83,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support transformation initiatives by coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and documentation
- Assist senior leaders and workstream owners with planning activities and dependency tracking
- Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or issues to the program lead
- Prepare clear, concise updates for leadership meetings and transformation forums
- Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow‑ups to support execution momentum
- Help ensure alignment between workstream activities and overall transformation goals
- Learn and apply basic program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking
