The EDI Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations within a retail environment. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, accurate, and timely electronic data exchanges between internal systems and external vendor partners to support merchandising, supply chain, and digital commerce operations.
The EDI Manager partners closely with business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors to improve transaction automation, reduce manual effort, and strengthen vendor collaboration across the retail ecosystem.
Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40-50 hours per week
Pay: Up to $115,000 annually

Job Responsibilities
- EDI Operations & Enablement | Manage and support EDI processes to ensure accurate and timely transmission of key retail transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, advance ship notices (ASNs), and inventory-related documents.
- Vendor Integration & Onboarding | Partner with buying, planning, and supply chain teams to onboard new vendors to EDI, troubleshoot transaction issues, and ensure compliance with EDI standards and retail requirements.
- Project & Initiative Management | Project Manage EDI and Transformation related initiatives, enhancements, and upgrades. Maintain timelines, task tracking, and deliverables across cross-functional teams and external solution providers.
- Testing & Quality Assurance | Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for EDI transactions. Validate data accuracy, resolve errors, and partner with IT to address root-cause issues.
- Operational Monitoring & Issue Resolution | Monitor EDI transaction flows, identify failures or delays, and drive timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
- Communication & Enablement | Provide clear status updates, documentation, and training to internal teams and vendors to support EDI adoption and ongoing operational excellence.
- Technology & Tools | Support EDI platforms and integrations with ERP, OMS, and related retail systems.
