The Opportunity
Are you a motivated, results-driven professional looking to take your sales career to the next level? We are seeking an Inside Power Equipment Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity where your drive directly determines your paycheck.
This is a Base Salary PLUS Commission position. You will start with a $62,000 strong base, with commission opportunities that bring your realistic total earning potential to $80,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Expert Sales: Represent our company in the sale of tractors, zero-turn mowers, chore products, accessories, and various power equipment.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, identify their specific needs, and answer questions to guide them to the right solution.
- Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our top-tier products and services.
- Demonstration: Conduct new equipment field demonstrations to show customers exactly what our machines can do.
- Closing Deals: Process financing, close sales deals, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Product Mastery: Maintain current knowledge of features and benefits for all saleable equipment in the dealership.
- Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop business development strategies and stay updated on industry trends.
- Continuous Learning: Attend all applicable sales training seminars to stay sharp.
- Admin: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Needed Skills
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Sales Drive: Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Engagement: Ability to make warm calls and effectively engage with potential customers.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Bonus: Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
