Location: Richmond Heights, OH
Pay: $17/hour 10% Shift Differential Once Moved to Split Shift
Shift: Split Shift | Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Training Schedule: Candidates will initially train on 1st shift before transitioning to split shift hours

Hire Sync is hiring a Distribution Specialist for a well-established industrial distribution and warehouse operation in Richmond Heights. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse and powered industrial equipment experience who are looking for a stable long-term position with a team-focused environment.

This role is heavily focused on operating industrial warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and related material handling equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately pick, pack, and process orders using warehouse systems and scanning technology
• Perform receiving and put-away functions for incoming domestic, overseas, and inter-company shipments
• Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, booms, and related warehouse equipment
• Support inventory accuracy and on-time product delivery
• Assist with onboarding and training team members within designated warehouse areas
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the shift
• Learn product lines and identification systems to ensure order accuracy
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and distribution teams to maintain operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience
• Strong experience operating industrial power equipment required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform basic math and utilize warehouse systems accurately
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and productivity
• Leadership qualities and problem-solving ability preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 50–70 lbs frequently throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work overtime or alternate schedules as needed
