Entry-Level Production Operator – 1st or 2nd Shift | $16/hr
Location: Streetsboro, OH 44241
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Looking to get your foot in the door in manufacturing? We are hiring an Entry-Level Production Operator for a 2nd shift role in Streetsboro, OH. No prior injection molding experience is required — we provide training. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in a clean, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate injection molding equipment
- Load and unload parts, performing finishing tasks with basic hand tools
- Install inserts and assist with part preparation
- Count, package, and track parts to ensure accuracy
- Inspect parts visually, identify defects, and report issues to quality control
- Follow traveler instructions, blueprints, and safety policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship with verified work eligibility
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Basic math and computer skills
- Blueprint reading experience is a plus, but not required
