Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) in office candidate. Remote work not available at this time.

What you’d do in this role:

The purpose of the Referral Specialist is to serve as a connection between families, doctors, and our therapy team. This role joyfully handles the details of processing referrals and coordinating evaluations to ensure every child is seamlessly connected to the specialized care they need.

You’re a match if:

• You are a fantastic problem-solver and detail oriented
• You have experience with insurance verification, comfortable navigating online portals, and calling providers to verify coverage for new patients
• You have experience with verification of Medicaid and MCO
• You demonstrate professional phone etiquette
• You meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth
• You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a stable work history and attendance
• You have strong organizational and time management skills
