Front Office Associate

Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week Monday-Friday) in office candidate. Remote work not available at this time.

What you’d do in this role:

The purpose of the Front Office Associate is to joyfully welcome, schedule, answer phones, and organize all that's needed to help a family receive a happy and helpful pediatric therapy experience.

You’re a match if:

• You are a fantastic problem-solver and detail oriented
• You have experience with scheduling, checking patients in/out, and collecting co-pays, co-insurance, and past balance on patient billing accounts 
• You have experience with verification of Medicaid and MCO patients
• You demonstrate professional phone etiquette
• You meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth
• You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a stable work history and attendance
• You have strong organizational and time management skills
