We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Front Office Coordinator (English/Spanish) who shares our passion for helping others and understands the importance of being the very first impression families receive when they walk through our doors.

Position Overview
The Front Office Coordinator serves as the heart of our patient experience. You will welcome families, assist with scheduling and communication, answer questions, and help ensure every visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will help us continue providing outstanding care and accessibility to the diverse communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients in person and over the phone
- Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking families
- Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules efficiently
- Assist with patient registration, check-in, and check-out
- Verify insurance information and answer patient questions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support office operations and team members as needed
- Help create a positive, family-friendly atmosphere throughout the office
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience during every interaction
Qualifications Required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset

Preferred
- Previous dental, medical, pediatric, or customer service experience
- Experience with scheduling and insurance verification
- Experience using dental software systems
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry workflows
Bonus Qualifications
- Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) Certification
- Dental assisting experience
- Experience working in pediatric dentistry
