Customer Experience Coordinator - Marshall Pharmacy

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures exceptional patient care with the patient's prescription process.
• Oversees and trains others on customer service and counter interactions.
• Assists lobby counter pharmacist with assuring main three (3) registers are staffed.
• Helps guide patients to their appropriate destination in the pharmacy.
• Assists with OTC orders.
• May need to assist with answering the phones.
• May need to assist with the POS system.
• Greet patients as they enter the pharmacy.

Work Schedule:

• Work schedule will vary based on the needs of the business (normally 4-10h shifts).
• May be required to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• May be asked to travel as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Sitting, standing, bending, lifting, reaching and moving throughout the workday.
• Subject to frequent interruptions.
• Must attend and participate in continuing educational programs.
• Works harmoniously with all members of the pharmacy staff, customers, and other outside personnel.
• Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be a certified/registered Pharmacy Technician (WV BoP).

Experience: Five (5) years experience as a certified/registered pharmacy technician

Five (5) years experience in a customer-facing service role

Five (5) years experience supervising/training others.
