We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Rug Gallery Specialist to help lead and grow the rug division at our family-owned flooring company.
What You’ll Do:
• Guide clients through the rug selection process in-store and in-home.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first impression to follow-up.
• Manage rug inventory, vendor relationships, and seasonal buying.
• Oversee showroom presentation and merchandising.
• Collaborate with our sales team to integrate rugs into the flooring process.
• Track sales, report insights, and support leadership with strategy.
