We're looking for someone to join our successful team of project estimators. We evaluate each project with the homeowner to estimate and sell an evolving product line that includes pole barns, roofing, siding, sunrooms, windows and doors, decks, basement finishing, insulation and more. We use proven processes and provide all needed training and software. We provide only quality leads that have contacted us directly for our services, and never, ever cold call.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong, stable background in sales. Although knowledge and experience in construction is a definite plus, it is certainly not required. We would prefer someone with a background in real estate, home renovation, home inspection, or home improvement products, but would be open to someone with sales experience from an unrelated industry, who has the drive and willingness to learn that we're looking for. We are centrally located in Newark, but serve both the Rochester and Syracuse markets. You are not required to work out of our Newark office besides an occasional meeting. This is a flexible position that requires you to travel between appointments- and we'll provide the vehicle for that. Our project estimators are the first real point-of-contact for our customers, so we're looking for someone with an unwavering positive, personable attitude.
