Senior HVAC Estimator – Commercial Projects | New York City
We’re seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Estimator to join a leading mechanical contracting firm in New York City. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems, cost analysis, and project delivery in fast-paced urban environments.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC scopes on commercial projects
- Review drawings, specs, and bid documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
- Identify value-engineering and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of HVAC estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and mechanical codes
- Proficiency with estimating software
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
