What You’ll Do:
- Learn Floor Care from the ground up
- Interact professionally with residential and commercial clients
- Climb ladders, access attics/crawl spaces
- Lift up to 50 lbs, stay active
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Communicate clearly and work well both independently and on a team
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, clean driver’s license (Required)
- Must be 21 with reliable transportation
- Comfortable with heights and tight spaces
- Basic math skills (you’ll be calculating square footage)
- Floor Care knowledge or related experience is a plus, but not required—we train you!
- One year of maintenance or floor care experience is preferred
- Paid training toward IICRC certification
