A top US law firm is searching for a finance lawyer to join its market leading structured finance group in Boston. This is a market paying law firm that is top ranked in this practice area.
We are looking for a finance associate who is Class of 2020-2023 and ideally has structured credit and CLO experience. If not, this is an amazing opportunity to learn a more niche practice area with a practice group that has been ranked and is a leader in middle market CLOs. This is one of the industry's largest and most skilled international teams that focuses on CLOs.
You must have exceptional academics and/ or work for a top ranked practice. You must be admitted the bar in Massachusetts.
This position is not open to law graduates. Prior law firm experience or judicial clerkship experience is essential.
