Process Machine Operators are responsible for, but not limited to, product and machine changeovers, hourly quality checks, cleaning-in-place (CIP), continuous improvement recommendations and assisting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team when necessary.

- $25.40/hour $1.50/hour Shift Premium (rotating shift only)

4-Shift Rotation: Rotates between:
- 4th Shift: Week Off
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekday Shifts: 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Weekend Shifts: 12-hour shifts (off every other weekend)
- In 2026: Transition from rotating to fixed shifts (specific details still in discussion)

What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing role
- Basic analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficient using laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
- Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.
- Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours
- Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions
- Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.
- 4 or more years of experience in manufacturing
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience
- Maintenance knowledge or capabilities
- Fork lift experience
- Ensure operational efficiency, conformance to standards, product quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the efficient production of quality products.
- Operate, monitor, and perform changeovers on machinery
- Train and assist other associates as needed, supporting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team.
- Conduct temperature checks, complete Critical Control Point (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Program (OPRP) checks daily.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks and keep detailed logbooks.

- Starting Pay: $25.40/hour
- Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
