Job Overview:
Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters!
Job Requirements And Qualifications
M&M’S® Mall of America® is located on Level 1, East near the Rotunda of Mall of America, the largest shopping and entertainment complex in North America. The new 24,000 square foot store is an immersive M&M’S experience paying homage to the Minnesota culture through the store design, experiences and merchandise, allowing guests to leave with memories and digital downloads to share with friends and family. Guests will have countless ways to express themselves, from customizing their own M&M’S with our one-of-a-kind personalized printer, to showcasing their personality through sounds and movement at M&M’S Sweet Moves, and more!
Store Hours (may extend during Holiday Season)
Mon - Sat: 10am - 9pm
Sun: 11am - 7pm
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

Job Requirements And Qualifications
- Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 16 years old to apply
- No Education or previous retail experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Foster Inclusivity and Effective Collaboration with a diverse team
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
