Job Overview:

OperationsAssociates primary focus is to process shipments, prepare and setup chocolate room, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for thesalesfloor, while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Back Stage Associates are also required to provide exceptionalguest servicewhile filling in forGuest ExperienceAssociates on the retail floor they will be required to provide exceptionalguest service

• Must haveauthorizationto work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old to apply
• No Education or previousretail experiencerequired
• Stronginterpersonalskills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
