Job Requirement – Business Systems Analyst (ServiceNow)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible conversion to FTE, not guaranteed)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (first preference), Lake Mary, FL (Second prefrence)
Position Overview
Client is seeking a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to join the Technology Services Group (TSG) within the Service Management team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, scrum teams, and developers to analyze requirements, drive product enhancements, and support high-quality solution delivery on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product management, developers, and scrum leads to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations and are validated through QA testing.
- Deliver training, demos, and walkthroughs of new enhancements to business users.
- Provide timely updates to management to ensure clear, proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify dependencies and highlight technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to product strategy discussions, roadmap planning, and articulation of vision to senior leadership.
- Maintain transparency and consistent collaboration at all stages of product development.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and process standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of Business Analysis experience, supporting enterprise applications with a 20,000 user base.
- Strong experience working within Agile SDLC (user stories, epics, defects, backlog management).
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (v3 or v4).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on UI/UX for enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to clearly communicate product strategy and vision to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL Certification (v3 or v4)
