Our client is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Senior Recruiter (Contract) with a passion for building relationships, processes, and an overall interest in establishing a best-in-class recruiting organization. You will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and be based out of our Charlotte, NC headquarters. Job Description
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be accountable for direct sourcing, driving the candidate pipeline, screening, guiding candidates through our interview process, and managing the entire client/stakeholder experience. In close partnership with hiring managers, you will own the end-to-end process of attracting and closing
talent, demonstrating the ability to earn trust by maintaining a high level of credibility and integrity.

Responsibilities
Partnering with all lines of business, i.e., Investments and Distribution, as well as corporate functions, to deliver end-to-end recruiting services.
Designing and implementing thoughtful and comprehensive recruiting strategies, with a heavy focus on developing diverse candidate pipelines.
Ownership and efficient execution of all aspects of the recruitment process, including but not limited to posting job vacancies, direct sourcing and developing candidates, leading progress update calls with managers, partnering with your recruiting coordinator and business admin for scheduling, managing the offer
process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience all the way through candidate s start date.
Applying exceptional judgement during phone screens and interviews as you assess candidates experiences and aptitudes.
Proactively developing relationships with candidates by scheduling opportunistic conversations with high priority talent at all levels and tracking engagements to stay ahead of hiring needs.
Drafting and negotiating offer letters, initiating new hire internal requests (technology, payroll, etc.), transferring new hire files to HR for processing, and following up with new hires and managers to ensure any onboarding issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Helping to drive enterprise diversity goals and promoting internal mobility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
5 years of recruiting experience
Previous recruitment experience in a corporate environment, ideally within Asset Management or Investment Banking.
Direct sourcing of candidates using recruiting tools (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed), professional networking platforms, and other creative sources.
Experience with Microsoft Office & ATS platforms.
Experience designing and executing new processes and strategies.
Proven history of handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Strong capacity to develop rapport with all levels of hiring managers and candidates.
Outstanding communication skills and proactive approach to stakeholder management and status reporting.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in a professional environment, including an ability to influence hiring strategies to meet business needs effectively.
Possess excellent attention to detail and take pride in accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Ability to identify and resolve issues independently, take initiative, ownership and accountability while applying high judgement decision making.
Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups with the ability to tailor your approach to the client base.
