Position Title: Sales Support CoordinatorDuration: Full time Location: Muskego, WI 53150Hybrid (1–2 days remote after 6-month training)Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will partner closely with our Distributor Development Specialists and support our independent distributor network in driving sales performance, improving distributor engagement, and ensuring seamless communication and follow-through.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, building relationships, and supporting operational sales functions in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll DoProvide timely product, pricing, and support information to distributor partners and internal sales teams.Track and distribute leads in the CRM system.Research and qualify incoming sales opportunities.Support distributor sales activities through coordination, communication, and follow-up.Maintain accurate distributor data and performance metrics to identify trends and business opportunities.Work cross-functionally to identify distributor needs and support the development of tools and resources.Assist with reporting, documentation, and general inquiries from both internal teams and external partners.
