CRD Application Support Analyst
Location: Boston, MA (Preferred) – Remote Possible
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday

Job Overview
MARS Solutions Group is seeking an experienced CRD Application Support Analyst to support a leading Global Asset & Investment Management firm. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, solution-oriented, and experienced in the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS). Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT for all CRIMS-related initiatives.
- Analyze and document trading workflows, compliance rules, and portfolio management processes to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Configure and maintain CRIMS modules (Order Management, Compliance, Portfolio Management) to ensure optimal system performance.
- Partner with traders, portfolio managers, and compliance teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead testing, validation, and deployment of CRIMS enhancements and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to trade execution, compliance alerts, and data integration; identify and resolve root causes.
- Coordinate with Charles River support and internal technical teams for workflow changes, patches, and system upgrades.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, enhancements, and change requests.
Candidate Profile
We’re seeking a Business Systems Consultant with deep CRIMS expertise and strong critical-thinking abilities. The right candidate is comfortable supporting trading operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring system reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years hands-on experience with Charles River CRIMS in an analyst or business systems capacity.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Solid understanding of investment management operations, trading workflows, and compliance processes.
- Experience with FIX protocol, market data feeds, and system integrations.
- Excellent analytical and workflow evaluation skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
- CRD training or Charles River module certification.
