- Identify business challenges, opportunities, and gaps.

- Create and manage user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams in agile/scrum environments.
- Support multiple teams and initiatives with medium to high complexity.
- Coordinate and support business testing activities.
- Assist with test planning, execution, and business sign-off.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
- Work independently while mentoring junior Business Analysts when needed.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Apply project management and organizational skills to successfully deliver initiatives.
- Bachelor s degree required.
- 4 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and think strategically.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies are a plus.
