Duties
- Demonstrate a mastery company pitch, steps, rebuttals, and advanced training.
- Lead a team of 1-5 D2D canvassers.
- Safely drive the team to their assigned territory using the company van.
- Complete 1:1 meetings with the team regularly to evaluate performance.
- Train new hires in office/ in field.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly production reports with the management team.
- Monitor team key performance metrics.
- Achieve daily and weekly personal performance goals.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience managing of canvassing staff.
- Ability to manage change effectively while maintaining team morale.
- Knowledge of the home improvement industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; successful at motivating staff to meet performance quotas.
