What You'll Do
As our Canvass Manager, you own the canvassing operation from the ground up. That means:
- Recruiting top-tier canvassers who are hungry, coachable, and ready to grind
- Training every team member on our proven scripts, objection handling, and appointment-setting strategies
- Leading from the field — you're not behind a desk; you're with your team, modeling what great looks like
- Driving the critical outcome: appointments set with all decision-makers present for our sales demos (this is non-negotiable and the #1 indicator of success)
- Developing strategy — analyzing what's working, adjusting territories, refining the pitch, and continuously raising the bar
- Holding the team accountable to daily activity standards and quality benchmarks
- Building culture — keeping energy high, celebrating wins, and creating an environment people want to show up for
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, field marketing, or a similar high-activity environment
- A track record of recruiting, training, and retaining strong teams
- Comfort with scripts and the discipline to coach others to execute them consistently
- A field-first mentality — you lead by doing
- Strong communication, accountability, and motivational skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (that's when homeowners are home)
