What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Assistant/Coordinator position at MARS of Billings?
We are seeking a Social Media Assistant / Coordinator to help build MARS of Billings' organic social media presence across our channels, including Facebook and Instagram.
While working on-site, the Social Media Assistant / Coordinator will capture necessary photos and videos or build graphic assets to amplify MARS' products and services. You will monitor and promptly respond to comments, messages, and reviews to engage the audience and maintain our positive online reputation.
Ideal candidates will manage day-to-day social activity and collaborate with the existing marketing team on social media campaign deliverables. Must be familiar with Meta Business Manager and scheduling posts which require review to ensure coherence with the overall brand.
Candidate will be asked to perform a variety of duties including basic shop maintenance/cleaning duties and assisting staff in their duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with our drug and alcohol policy
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Current and active driver license (and ability to maintain it) with minimal citations in past 3-5 years
- Able to read and write, preferred
- Good close, distance, and peripheral vision with the ability to distinguish colors
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
