Assistant General Manager
As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll help lead hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting the General Manager in driving team performance and operational excellence. This position offers a clear path to future leadership roles, including General Manager and beyond.
Key Responsibilities

- Your daily tasks will include overseeing various departments, assisting with budget management, and resolving guest issues.
- You will report to the General Manager.

Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
- A college degree or at least 2 years of hotel experience
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered
